Holden Property Group are an excellent landlord, I have always found staff friendly and professional I have rented with Holden for over 4 years. Holden are proactive in fulfilling their responsibilities with forwarding documentation and with arranging visits. Holden are also very prompt in dealing with any questions and queries, I highly recommend Holden Property Group.
I have been with Holden Property Group for the past 3 years and although I am saddened to move on, I am very grateful to have found them.
Every year the team; Sarah S, Sarah K, Chris & Connor have always ensured that I have a smooth and stress free stay.
The team was always friendly, easy to talk to and always responded swiftly to any issues or any assistance that I needed.
Truly above & beyond service!
Wishing the team nothing but the best!
We rented with Holdens for almost 6 years, and having rented in London for the past 15 years, I can confirm they are Amazing! Whenever we needed anything they were always on the end of the phone, and were only too happy to assist. They replaced appliances quickly and without question when required and their friendly repair team were always on hand to pop by and address anything raised
They are fair, reliable and super efficient. They even sent us birthday and Christmas cards – thank you so much for everything you did whilst we stayed with you Holden team, you were THE BEST!
HPG has been a breath of fresh air compared to our last agents. They are quick with repairs and replying to emails. Before moving in we had a number of requests and they were able to accommodate us. An easy recommendation for me.
Would certainly recommend this team if you’re looking for somewhere secure and reliable to rent. They are organized and communicate very well to their tenants. The building itself is great and any work that needs doing they usually communicated to you well in advance. I’ve previously rented in Sheffield and the company that ran my flat there were terrible. Very happy with these guys now.
We have been renting from Holden Property Group for over a year now, having just renewed our contract, and we couldn’t be happier! From the very first contact we had the team were so friendly and accommodating, making us feel really valued. Having had bad experiences before with other companies, we were so relieved to have such a positive and reassuring experience with Holden Property Group. From the big details such as fair prices, no hidden fees or unreasonable charges, to the little details like sending us Christmas and birthday cards, and a case of wine for renewing our contract! We really couldn’t recommend this company enough, they have been absolutely perfect and we hope to stay with them for a long time!
Our experience with Holden Property Group has been nothing short of excellent. We are commercial tenants renting offices and over the years have found them to be professional, responsive and efficient -as well as reasonable/understanding of tenants’ needs. In my experience this is a rare combination.
Holden Property Group have made us feel hugely appreciated – well beyond anything I’ve experienced in previous tenancies. I would not have a bad word to say about them, and I would definitely say they’ve managed to buck the trend surrounding the industries negative image. We are delighted to remain in our property for a third year.
They’ve got your back! The team at Holden Property Group from the property managers, to the finance team to the maintenance crew are by far the best I have every experienced.
No matter the issue, the team have always got your back and make an effort to ensure their tenants are looked after and happy. I couldn’t recommend them further.
As a land lord myself who has experienced some of the worst property managers, I only wish I could a team as good as Holden property group to look after my own property.
My wife and I are clients of HPG for about a year now. We are very happy with the customer service they are providing. Top of the class communications and extremely quick response. I would recommend them every day, they deserve every single of their 5 stars.
The guys who run the Holden Property Group have been nothing but friendly & helpful. The flats are clean, well maintained & safe. We are super happy to have rented from them & have had no problems that they have not rectified immediately. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
I’ve been a tenant of the Holden Property Group for well over two years and it has been a joy throughout. The team are helpful and provide a great tenancy experience. So much so that when looking to upgrade recently, I relocated to another of their properties – knowing I could rely on them to deliver. Would highly recommend to others.
100% recommend – They are all extremely friendly, helpful and approachable. If we did ever have a problem in our flat they responded really quickly and got whatever needed fixing really quickly. I mainly dealt with Sarah during my time living in one of the properties they manage and she has been amazing – thank you. They go above and beyond and even send you a birthday card! The tradesmen they use for any works are also really friendly and helpful. Having experienced bad landlord in previous rental properties it is refreshing to have such a positive experience – thank you.
